Senior ads

When submitting your ad you can either do it all online or mail in your information and pictures. Before submitting anything you should read the information in the tab below labeled “senior ad info” and make sure all photos and text meet the requirements and are submitted on time. 

DISCLAIMER:  Although the yearbook staff will make every effort to ensure that the text is correct at press time, we are student publication, so small mistakes may appear. For this reason it is critical for you to proof read and approve of your ad in a timely fashion. We apologize that we can not refund the price of ads. 

Directions for Submission

Online submission
  • Click on the tab labeled “senior contract form” and print this off and fill it out. This can either be scanned and uploaded along with your pictures or you can mail it in to us. 
  • Next you will need to click on “upload” and completely fill this form out. This is where you will submit your pictures and any text that will accompany your ad
  • Finally you can click on “pay for ad online” or you can mail in a check

Mail Submission
               You will need to send in 
  • Contract form
  • Any pictures and any text that are going to go on your ad
  • Check

Senior  portraits

If you are a professional photographer uploading a student's senior portrait click the tab labeled "professional photographers upload here" and follow the directions on the form.

If you are a parent or a student click the tab labeled "parent/student upload here" and follow the directions on the form. If your photos are not taken by a professional photographer, do not submit the photograph.
